Dr. Prins Workshop this Sunday @ 2 PM

Aloha Tsunamis! Please check out the following link if you are interested in signing up for a video workshop with Dr. Prins. The cost will be $40 per stroke (you must pick at least two strokes, so the total cost is at least $80, more if you want more strokes). It is happening Oct. 18th from 2-5 in the afternoon at UH pool. Trick or Treat

Attention all of Coach Mindy's Classes lets have a fun day on Friday Oct.16th. All of my students should arrive at 3:30 and expect to swim and play between 3:30 and 5:00pm. Please come to the pool in swim-able halloween costumes (old bathing suit you can make a costume out of). I have games and treats you bring the tricks.
