Tsunamis- they have decided to assign warmup lanes and we were given lanes from 7 - 7:20 only, so please be there by 7 tomorrow. See you there- Coach Eric

Fun Meet/ Coach Karen's Goodbye on Friday

Aloha Tsunamis! Just a reminder that everyone's practice will be starting at 4 PM on Friday (should be done by 6 PM). We will be having a swim meet and then enjoying some goodies and saying "Aloha" to Coach Karen. Hope to see you there- Coach Eric

Announcement from VMAC Aquatics Director

ALoha Tsunamis, due to recent rule changes, it looks like we will not be permitted to have spectators on the pool deck this weekend. SO that means we will need at least two tents, one for athletes on the pool deck, and one for friends, family and supporters in the grassy area. Please see the link below from the pool director himself if you would like a clarification. Go Tsunamis- Coach Eric
