Here is the unscratched estimated timeline for Saturday's ABC meet:

Session 1 to end around 11:45a

Session 2 to end around 4pm

Don't forget we will have a consession stand available throughout the meet.
Don't forget your umbrellas (Manoa has a reputation of raining:))

Punahou Entries Posted

Aloha Tsunamis, the entries for the Punahou Meet this Saturday (11/22) have been posted under the Meet Entries sidebar. Please check out what your swimmer will be swimming this weekend. Remember- 11 and over in the morning, 10 and under in the afternoon.

Also, Ken Suenaga Invitational entries are due next Monday, 11/24, so let Coach Eric know (ediiulio@gmail.com) if you would like to swim in that meet. Go Tsunamis- Coach Eric

Also, just as a reminder, entries for The Punahou meet next Saturday are due on Monday (11/17). Entries for the Ken Suenaga Invitational will be due the following Monday (11/24). Please note, even though it is a 3 day meet, our team will only be attending the Saturday and Sunday portion so we all have a little more time to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. Punahou Entries

Aloha Tsunamis! If you would like to swim in the Punahou meet, please email Coach Eric (ediiulio@gmail.com) if you are a junior or a senior, please email Coach Karen (kfinn327@yahoo.com) if you are a Menehune or a Naia. Entries will be due on Monday. Also, Seniors can check out their workout log on the side to see how much swiming they have been doing. This has been one of the best weeks of practice since I have been involved with the team. It is very encouraging to head into our Championship season swimming so well. Go Tsunamis- Coach Eric

Practice cancelled Friday (11/7)

As all three coaches will be attending a coaching clinic, there will be no Practice on Friday the 7th. We will be holding practice next Tuesday even though school is cancelled. Go Tsunamis!
