BC Meet February 7th at VMAC

Hello Seniors, please check out the link below to print out a copy of your goal sheets. You only need to fill in goal times for things that you have swum before or would like to swim this season. Please check the time standards link on the right for time standards in your age group. Print one out, fill it in, and bring it to practice by Tuesday January 20th. Go Tsunamis- Coach Eric
