PHA Changes

Aloha all, in effort to better serve your swimmers, Coach Karen and I have elected to realign the groups. Running four groups with two coaches has proved counterproductive, so we feel your swimmers would improve the fastest in a three group format. During these next three weeks of practice, we will be evaluating your swimmers and deciding where to place them. We will be evaluating their attendance, effort, attitude, and performance as we determine where they should be placed. Please click on the link below for more info:

Workout Attendance

Hello Tsunamis, check out the link on the right hand side in the workout attendance section. This is where you can see whether or not you are eligible to swim in meets. Green means you are good to go, red means we have to work on your attendance. See you at the pool- Coach Eric

Swimmer of the meet goes to...

Congratulations to Samantha Dammann for taking home the "Swimmer of the Meet" Honor at the UH Pentathlon this weekend. She swam 4 out of 5 best times, but more importantly she incorporated the technique she has been working on in practice into her races. After realizing she won the prestigious PHA "Swimmer of the Meet" award, she just felt she had to show off the guns a little bit...
