Quote of the Week

Aloha Tsunamis! I wanted to share a quote with everybody. This is something I would like to start doing every week and I thought this quote would be a great one to start with, it's one of my all-time favorites form Ferdinand Magellan, famous Spanish explorer who set out to sail around the world.

“The sea is dangerous and its storms terrible, but these obstacles have never been sufficient reason to remain ashore. Unlike the mediocre, intrepid spirits seek victory over those things that seem impossible. It is with an iron will that they embark on the most daring of all endeavors—to meet the shadowy future without fear and conquer the unknown.”

Keep up the good work Tsunamis! Coach Eric

Coach Evaluations and Meet Sign Up

Aloha Tsunamis! As we begin 2009, the coaches and board are taking a look back at 2008 and would like to get some feedback. Please find evaluations for the coaches linked below. Please complete an evaluation for every coach that coaches one of your swimmers. For example, if you have a swimmer in the Juniors and one in the Menehune, you would complete evaluations of Coach Mindy and Coach Karen. If you have two swimmers in one group, you only need to fill out one evaluation. Also, check out the new sign up for meets link at the top right corner of the page. Just click the link and enter your swimmers names if you would like to participate in the given meet. Check the eligibility report to see if your swimmer can swim in the meet. Thank you very much, look forward to seeing you all at the Parent Meeting on February 9th. Go Tsunamis- Coach Eric
